A slow meditative flow through yoga poses that stretch and release, allowing gravity to do the work for us. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a great counterbalance to all the movement we do throughout our day and is very beginner friendly.

meet KAMMERON

HELLLO! LETS GET MOVING TOGETHER.

I started practicing yoga in 2008, and have been actively practicing Vinyasa, Hot, and Yin Yoga ever since.

My yoga teaching journey began with Pranayama TRAINING courses in Malaysia in 2018 and I completed my 200 hr and 300 HR training with YogaRenew in New York City. I am individually certified in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Pranayama / Breathwork. Ive studied under a lot of the yoga trends, embodiment, somatic ecology, yoga for athletes, Trauma Informed Yoga, and they have all led to one goal, to offer an opportunity for judgement free movement. All this study, and THERE IS ALWAYS MORE TO LEARN, AND THAT’S ONE OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS ABOUT YOGA.
