I started practicing yoga in 2008, and have been actively practicing Vinyasa, Hot, and Yin Yoga ever since, and would love if you would come practice with me. Whether you are yoga-curious and would like a gentle introduction, or an experienced practitioner (or somewhere in between!) lets meet up and get moving.
60-min SLOW DOWN, STRETCH, FOCUS ON BREATH, CHILL OUT AND FEEL BETTER AFTERWARDS.
A slow meditative flow through yoga poses that stretch and release, allowing gravity to do the work for us. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin is a great counterbalance to all the movement we do throughout our day and is very beginner friendly.

I started practicing yoga in 2008, and have been actively practicing Vinyasa, Hot, and Yin Yoga ever since.
My yoga teaching journey began with courses in Malaysia in 2018 and I completed my 200 and 300 hr trainings with YogaRenew in New York City. I am certified in Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and I am working on my Prenatal Certification (2026). THERE IS ALWAYS MORE TO LEARN, AND THATS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS ABOUT YOGA.
